Welcome to FindingNearBy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using FindingNearBy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FindingNearBy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
2. Description of Service
FindingNearBy is a platform that connects:
- Residents looking to discover local events
- Vendors seeking to participate in events
- Societies organizing community events
- Security personnel managing event entry
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account
- One account per user is permitted
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Create multiple accounts
- Share your account credentials
5. Vendor Terms
If you register as a vendor:
- You must complete KYC verification
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You agree to honor commitments made through the platform
6. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed through Razorpay
- Stall booking fees are non-refundable once confirmed
- Subscription fees are billed according to the chosen plan
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
7. Entry Passes
- QR entry passes are for single-use unless specified otherwise
- Sharing or duplicating entry passes is prohibited
- FindingNearBy is not responsible for unauthorized pass usage
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FindingNearBy are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
FindingNearBy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Events being cancelled or modified
- Disputes between users and vendors
- Loss of data due to technical issues
- Actions of third-party vendors
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time through the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
